Organization Setup

Configure your organization profile, add team members, and connect your Microsoft 365 environment.

The Organization Setup section allows you to configure your company profile, manage team access, and control how TrustCyber connects to your Microsoft environment. Proper organization setup ensures that your risk assessments are accurate and that the right team members have access to the right information.

Company Profile

Navigate to Settings → Organization to configure your company profile. The following fields are available:

Connecting Microsoft 365

TrustCyber connects to your Microsoft 365 environment using a registered Azure AD application with read-only Microsoft Graph permissions. The connection can be managed from Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365.

NoteIf your organization uses Conditional Access policies that restrict third-party application consent, your Global Administrator may need to pre-approve the TrustCyber enterprise application in Azure AD before the connection can be established.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to Settings → Team to invite colleagues. Enter their email address and select their role. They will receive an invitation email with instructions to join your organization's TrustCyber workspace.
