Common Billing Questions

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days. During this period, you can export your reports and assessment data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings → Billing. Annual billing provides a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
